MICRO TEACHING

The morning session was started by Maya ma'am, who taught us diffusion and after that remaining seminars were continued. Benedict sir took the next hour, he continued with the micro teaching skills. A quick recap of last class was provided to brush up our memory.

Heterogeneous thinking - natural characteristics of any group of things was the first point discussed by sir. To convert a heterogeneous classroom into homogeneous is one of the professional task faced by teachers. Then sir moved on to the types of questions. Developmental questions competency is based on the experience of teacher.

Then moved on to probing which depended on the age group. Then sir introduced two  new terms; probing and redirection. After the lunch break, optional period started we were dealing with micro teaching and soon the whole class successfully completed it.
